Aster Engineered Support Structures carries one of the largest stock of tower parts in the industry. We have thousands of parts ready for shipment, parts that fit not only Aster Towers, but many other tower brands as well. Our inventory includes antenna mounting hardware for microwave, panel and omni antenna installations, anti-climb and safety-climb devices, a full line of foundation hardware and a large assortment of clamps, brackets and miscellaneous hardware items.
We are able to provide hardware for almost any mounting application with our array of standard parts. Our engineers, designers and manufacturing team can quickly design and fabricate materials as required by the customer.
Packaging and Shipping
- Towers are transported to customers as per reqirements
- Material can be Packed in 20 feet or 40 feet containers
- Containers are transported up to nearest Transport Hub, from where they can be sent to the Site
- All the containers are shipped properly under strict supervision of our Transportation Agents
- Different towers can be loaded into the same container with color coding for easier identification on site
- Required care is taken in the process of storing, packing and Handling of Galvanized products
- During Transportation adequate ventilation is provided to prevent white rust or wet storage stains
- Post treatment like Chromating is done to minimize the chances of formation of white rust and Silica jell for de-oxidation effects
- NS Toner and Stripping dispenser of ITW Signode are used for mechanical metal strapping
